This Privacy Policy explains how the Syntax Studio Resource Library handles information when you visit the site or submit a resource or project idea.

Information You Provide

You can browse the Resource Library without providing your name, email address, or other contact information.

If you choose to submit a resource or project idea, the submission form may collect:

the resource or project information you submit;
an optional name or username;
optional contact information, such as an email address or Discord username; and
any additional notes you choose to provide.

How Information Is Used

Information submitted through the form is used to review suggested resources and project ideas, communicate with submitters when necessary, and maintain the Syntax Studio Resource Library.

Personal information is not sold or used for advertising.

Form Submissions

Submission forms are processed through Formspree, a third-party form processing service. Information entered into the submission form is transmitted to Formspree so it can be delivered for review.

Formspree processes information according to its own privacy practices.

Third-Party Services

The Resource Library uses third-party services to operate and display the site, including GitHub Pages for hosting, Formspree for form submissions, Google Fonts for typography, and Font Awesome/CDNJS for interface icons.

These providers may receive technical information normally transmitted when a browser connects to an online service, such as an IP address, browser information, or request data. Their handling of that information is governed by their respective privacy policies.

External Links

The Resource Library contains links to third-party websites, documentation, tools, courses, and other resources. Syntax Studio does not control the privacy practices of those external websites.

Data Retention

Submission information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to review the submission, maintain the library, or follow up with the submitter. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted.

Your Choices

Providing a name or contact method on the submission form is optional. You may submit a resource or project idea without including those details.

If you previously submitted personal information and would like to request that it be corrected or deleted, join the Syntax Studio Discord server , open a ticket, and explain your privacy concern or request. Please provide enough information for us to identify the submission you are referring to.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the Resource Library changes. The date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
